INCLEMENT WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY: The Sourland Mountain Festival is a Rain or Shine event. However, in the event of dangerous weather, i.e. thunder and lightning or high winds, music acts will be delayed until the weather passes and it is deemed safe to continue. In the event of a delay, festival organizers will make an announcement to all attendees to shelter at the Vineyard facilities or in their vehicles until the weather has passed.
In the event it is determined that the weather will continue to be too dangerous to proceed with the festival, volunteers and personnel will assist with the breakdown and evacuation of the premises when safe and in an orderly manner.
THE SMF IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY!
Everyone is encouraged to pitch-in, help eliminate waste, reduce packaging needs, reuse and recycle.
